wishes to appoint a correspondent in a foreign country \u2013 for example in Spain \u2013 it has to ask GPCV to request its foreign counterpart \u2013 in this case <em>Ofesauto \u2013 <\/em>for approval to appoint a correspondent operating in Spain.
